• Salary Packaging

  Why settle for a standard salary? As a not-for-profit aged care provider, your hard work goes further at Boandik.

  You can set aside up to $15,900 each year for your primary expenses like rent, mortgage repayments, personal loans or even school fees. On top of that, you get a dedicated $2,650 limit specifically for meals and entertainment, making those weekend dinners, hotel stays and coffee dates much easier on your bank account.

  By leveraging our FBT-exempt status and reducing your gross salary before tax is applied, you’re rewarded with the best possible take-home pay.

• Employee Assistance Program

  We recognise that caring can be tough and sometimes we all need someone to talk to.

  Boandik provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide support & counselling services for all staff.

  Services are free of charge for up to 3 consultations for each event. Attendance is completely confidential with no information shared with Boandik.

• Early Intervention Physiotherapy

  Working in aged care is physically demanding, and at Boandik, we are committed to looking after the team that looks after our residents. Our Early Intervention Physiotherapy Program provides proactive support for staff experiencing minor physical aches or recurring discomfort, such as back pain. By addressing these "niggles" early, we aim to prevent minor issues from developing into serious injuries that require formal medical treatment.

  This program offers up to three physiotherapy sessions per injury and is designed to supplement, not replace, the worker’s compensation system. During your first appointment, a physiotherapist will assess the extent of your injury; if they determine that your condition requires more intensive medical care, they will refer you to a physician immediately.

  To access this support, simply use the Early Intervention Referral Form. Following your first and third visits, a progress report is provided to Boandik to ensure you are receiving the effective care you need to stay healthy and comfortable on the job.
